Experience seamless blends of movement and stillness, sprinkled with qi tingles along the way.

Kundalini practices work with the energy at the base of the spine; distributing energy along the spine and through other energy channels in the body and in the auric field. Movements are a blend of rhythmic kriyas that are connected to breathwork, and there is also a sound healing / mantra aspect to a full kundalini practice. After opening up the body and working with our unique sound resonance, there is a guided yoga nidra journey that'll close out and ground this session.
